    Marzipan 1:2 Cold Method 10 kg.
    The Marzipan 1:2 Cold Method 10 kg is produced using the rapid, cold method. In the cold method, the almonds and sugar are rolled into marzipan without further heating. A major advantage of this production method is that (due to the lack of heating) there is no change in flavour. A disadvantage, however, is that this method results in a shorter shelf life for the end product. But if you intend to use the product in the short term, this marzipan is an excellent choice!

    This marzipan has a delicious flavour and can be used for various purposes. For example, use it to create beautiful decorations to adorn cakes and other pastries. If you wish, you can also colour this product very easily in any shade you like. It is best to use a gel food colouring for this. Place some of the colouring in the centre of the marzipan and knead the colour thoroughly through it. Repeat these steps until you have achieved the desired colour.

    Preparation: Allow the marzipan to reach bakery temperature (21°C) at least 24 hours before use. Use clean tools and avoid
    contact with flour (dust), as this prevents the risk of fermentation. Glaze your products with cacao butter. Store the figures in a cool, dry place.

    Storage: Keep tightly sealed in the original packaging in a dry, clean and dark place at 15–20°C.
