Bakels Buttercream 20 kg
Each 20-kilogram box makes preparing stable, creamy buttercream a snap. Simply add water to the powder, mix briefly, then let the mixture rest for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Gradually incorporate the water/powder mixture in four equal parts, beating on high speed for 10 minutes after each addition. For a sweeter note, fold in additional icing sugar to taste.
