The BioVegan Spelt Sourdough Extract Organic 30g gives a light nutty aroma to bread. This extract has no floating power, so yeast still needs to be added. The 30g pack is enough to make 2 loaves of bread. To make these loaves, you will need 1 kilo of flour and 2 bags of BioVegan Master Baker's Yeast Organic 7g.
 
Please note!This extract cannot be used to make a sourdough starter. 

Ingredients: wheat wholemeal products (spelt)*. *From controlled organic cultivation. May contain traces of soya, mustard, lupin and nuts.
Nutrients per 100g: energy: 1525kJ/360kcal, fat: 3g, of which saturated: 0.5g, carbohydrates: 57g, of which sugar: <0.5g, fibre: 8.3g, protein: 15g, salt: <0.01g.
