Recipe for a cake Ø 26-28 cm
400g Black Velvet mix, 150g vegetable oil, 2 eggs size M (100g) and 200ml water.

Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 160°C). 
3. Mix the mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water in a bowl. Mix into a fluffy batter in 6-8 minutes.
4. Fill a greased baking tin (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake in the oven for ± 35 minutes.
5. Then let the cake cool on a wire rack.
6. If desired, fill the cake with whipped cream, butter cream or cream cheese. You can also decorate the cake with fruit, chocolate or other decorations.
