    BrandNewCake Brabant Sausage Rolls mix 400g
    Mmmm sausage rolls! Who is not crazy about them? With this 400g mix, you can make them all by yourself. There are only a few ingredients you need to add yourself. Including, of course, (home) seasoned minced meat and or vegetarian mince! Great for lunch or to hand out at the football canteen. Make it taste good!

    Recipe
    400g sausage roll mix, 200ml water, 20g butter, 7g yeast, 8g sugar, 8g salt and 600g seasoned minced meat.

    Procedure
    1. Knead all the ingredients except the minced meat into a dough for about 12 minutes.
    2. Divide the dough into 40g balls and leave them to rise, covered, for 15 minutes.
    3. Roll the balls flat, place the rolls of minced meat inside and fold the dough closed. Place the sausage rolls on a baking tray and brush with beaten egg. Let the rolls rise on the baking tray for about another hour.
    4. Preheat the oven to 240°C (hot-air oven 220°C).
    5. Bake the sausage rolls for about 11 minutes at 240°C until golden brown.
