    This mix makes it easy to prepare smooth, spreadable buttercream at home or in the bakery. Use the cream to decorate cupcakes, muffins, cakes, pies, sponge cakes and other treats. It’s also ideal for coating cakes, including naked cakes. Preparation is simple: just add water and unsalted butter, then let your creativity take over.

    Now presented in a fresh new look, this trusted formula delivers consistent results every time.
    You can do almost anything with buttercream: add herbs, fruits, chocolate or nuts to create custom flavours. You can also incorporate various flavourings to create a unique taste profile every time. Add extracts, pastes or powders a little at a time to preserve the buttercream’s smooth texture.

    For extra visual flair, tint the buttercream with your choice of gel, liquid or powder colourings.

    Useful tips
    For a sweeter note, simply fold in icing sugar along with the mix and water, then proceed as usual.

    125 g BrandNewCake Buttercream Mix, 125 ml water, 150 g unsalted butter.

    Method for
    1. Combine 125 g of mix with 125 ml of water, beat with a whisk until smooth, then let the mixture stand at room temperature for at least one hour.
    2. Beat 150 g unsalted butter until smooth, about 5 minutes.
    3. Gradually add the chilled mixture to the butter, beating well after each addition.
    4. Continue mixing until completely smooth.

    This batch is enough to fill and ice one 20 cm cake or decorate about 12 cupcakes.

    This product may contain traces of gluten-containing grains.

    Store in a cool, dry place.
