Brand New Cake Cacao Butter Coloured Pearl Copper 200 g Want
to give your (homemade) chocolate an elegant touch? Then use this cacao butter with a pearlescent effect. Ideal for tempering with various types of chocolate and other fatty media. These pearlescent colours from Brand New Cake are also available in silver, gold, copper and red, and they blend beautifully together.

Please note: the colour may vary slightly due to the properties of the raw materials.

Gently
warm the jar in a water bath or microwave to about 45 °C, then cool to 31 °C to temper. Once tempered, spray or brush the melted cacao butter onto your chocolate or other fatty mixture. For step-by-step guidance, watch the demo video here.
