With BrandNewCake Coloured Blue Cacao Butter 100ml, you can give chocolate and bonbons a blue colour. This cacao butter-based colouring is ideal for chocolate work and can be used to colour (white) chocolate, cacao butter and other fat-based mixtures.

The blue cacao butter is ideal for decorating bonbons, chocolate decorations and chocolate moulds. For example, apply the colour to a bonbon mould before filling it with chocolate to create coloured bonbons with a striking detail. Using a brush, you can add accents, patterns or splashes to chocolate moulds for creative effects.

Blue chocolate can be used for sea-themed creations such as fish, shells or ocean decorations, as well as for baby showers, gender reveal parties or winter themes.
