Simply mix in a small amount until you reach the shade you want. Brand New Cake Colouring Gels are available in a wide range of colours. This shade is popular for colouring dolls and figurines.
Instructions for use: Dip a clean skewer or cocktail stick into the gel and swirl it into your mixture until you reach the shade you want. Use a fresh skewer for each colour to prevent mixing. For a deeper tone, add a little more gel; for a lighter one, use the gel sparingly. Knead thoroughly until the colour is even. To keep your hands clean, keep the colour in the centre of the fondant and work outward. You may also wear gloves if you prefer.
