How to use Brand New Cake Colouring

1. Simply unscrew the cap, snip off the plastic tip, and squeeze out the desired amount.
2. Add the gel to fondant, marzipan or other medium and knead until the colour is evenly distributed.
3. Knead well until you reach the desired shade.
4. Once you’re satisfied with the shade, your rolled fondant or marzipan is ready to use.
