This convenient nitrogen spray lets you chill chocolate and confectionery instantly, so you can keep decorating without delay. Each 400 ml aerosol can is easy to handle. Shake well, then spray from about 20 cm onto the item you want to cool.

Important information
The can is pressurised, so never pierce it or expose it to open flames. Avoid inhaling the mist, and keep it away from your eyes. Do not smoke while spraying, and use the product sparingly in a well-ventilated space to prevent the build-up of explosive gases. Never spray onto burning or glowing objects.

Storage:
Keep the can away from electronic equipment that may produce sparks and store it in a cool, shaded spot where the ambient temperature stays below 50 °C.
