Brand New Cake Irish Coffeecake mix 400g
Irish Coffee lover beware! With this mix from Brand New Cake, you can make your own delicious Irish Coffee Cake very easily. Treat yourself to a delicious cake during a birthday or any other fun occasion! On our blog, you will also find the recipe for this delicious Irish coffee cake.

Recipe
400g Irish coffeecake mix, 200g (cream) butter, 4 eggs (200g).

Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix on low speed for four minutes to make a smooth batter.
4. Fill a greased 20-24 cm baking tin and bake the cake in the oven for ± 60 minutes. Do not open the oven in between! The cake is done when it is golden brown and a skewer comes out dry when you prick it in the middle of the cake. <5. Remove the cake from the baking tin after a few minutes and leave to cool on a wire rack.
