    The BrandNewCake Perforated Stainless Steel Strainer Ø18cm is ideal for straining and puréeing ingredients whilst cooking and baking. Thanks to its conical shape and perforated structure, you can work with precision on both hot and cold preparations.

    A perforated fine sieve can be used to smooth sauces, coulis, fruit purées and soups. By pressing ingredients through the small holes, seeds, fibres and coarse pieces are left behind in the sieve. This gives you a smooth and even result.

    Also handy for straining soft ingredients such as strawberry purée, lemon curd, pastry cream or tomato sauce.
