Covering a cake with fondant has never been so easy. BrandNewCake's Ready Rolled Fondant White has exactly the right thickness to cover your cake and also has a delicious soft vanilla flavour. This rolled-out (roller) fondant is easy to use and quick to apply. Besides covering a cake, the fondant can also be used to decorate (cup)cakes and biscuits.

The fondant disc is enough to cover a round cake of:
-Ø15-20cm with a height of 10cm, or
-Ø20-25cm with a height of 7.5cm.
The total size of the rolled-out fondant is Ø36cm and has a thickness of about 3mm. The weight is 430g.

Use instructions:
1. Remove the fondant from the packaging and carefully roll it out.
2. Pull both corners of the white foil to make it flat.
3. Cover the cake with a thin layer of (BrandNewCake) buttercream.
4. Carefully lay the fondant (foil side up) over the cake.
5. Remove the white foil and gently smooth the fondant over the cake.
6.Cut off the excess fondant and use it to decorate, for example.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), water, humectants: E422, E1103, thickeners: E413, E415, emulsifier: E471, natural flavouring. This product is gluten-free, Kosher, Halal and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Store in a cool and dry place (15-20°C). When opened, wrap the fondant in foil to prevent it from drying out. Do not store in the fridge.
