Decorating the Red Velvet Cake

Recipe for Ø 26 - 28 cm
500 grams of mix, 100 grams of vegetable oil, 3 eggs size M (150 grams), 200 ml/gram water.
Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
- Process the ingredients at room temperature.
- Mix the mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water in a bowl.
- Mix the batter fluffily for 6 - 8 minutes.
- Fill the greased baking tin to 1/2 to 3/4 and bake the cake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
