    This flexible silicone mat features clear measurement guides, so you can roll dough, marzipan, fondant, and more to the perfect size every time. Convenient conversion tables printed right on the mat make it easy to adjust recipe measurements as needed.

    Specifications:
    Material: silicone
    Temperatures from -40 °C to +230 °C.
    The grid includes diameter markings up to 30 cm and length markings up to 58 cm.
    Conversion tables for Fahrenheit/Celsius
    Conversion tables for cups, ounces, tablespoons, teaspoons and millilitres.
    The mat is just 0.4 mm thick, so it lies flat and bends easily for storage.
