    Brand New Cake Stainless Steel Sugar Thermometer +40 to +200 °C
    . Also useful as a jam or cooking thermometer, it precisely measures the temperature and stage of boiling sugar solutions. This lets you remove sugar, chocolate or oil from the heat at exactly the right moment or keep cooking as needed. The range covers +40 to +200 °C, so you can monitor caramel pieces, sugar syrups and more with confidence.

    For accurate readings, immerse the probe about 5 cm (up to the 40 °C mark) in the cooking mixture. Once the display in the glass tube stops changing, the temperature is ready to read. Always hold the thermometer by the plastic handle. Wash the thermometer in warm, soapy water; it is not dishwasher safe.
