This convenient spray lets home bakers and professionals add a velvet-smooth, dusted finish to ice cream, chocolate and mousse decorations.

How to use: Bring the can to room temperature (20–25 °C).
2. Shake well before use.
3. Spray evenly onto frozen desserts, holding the can about 20–25 cm away.
4. When you’re finished, invert the can and spray for a few seconds to clear the nozzle. If the spray becomes uneven, rinse the nozzle with hot water or warm it briefly in the microwave.

Caution
This highly flammable aerosol is stored in a pressurised container; keep it out of reach of children and away from heat, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Never smoke near the can, and never pierce or burn it, even after use.

Store away from direct sunlight and never expose the can to temperatures above 50 °C.
