The chunks are ideal for chocolate chip cookies, but you can also use them in other biscuits, cakes, muffins, pastries or breads. These versatile, bake-stable chunks retain their shape and rich flavour in the oven, making them ideal for Chocolate Chip Cookies, as well as other cookies, cakes, muffins, breads and more. They are also perfect for decorating desserts, stirring into yoghurt, custard or quark, topping sandwiches, or enjoying straight out of the bag.

    Processing tips

    • Maximum oven temperature: 200°C.
    • Avoid direct contact with the baking tin or tray to prevent burning.
    • You can also freeze the chunks as long as they are embedded in dough.
