Callebaut White Chocolate Curls Small 2.5kg, also known as Chocolate Blossoms, are fine chocolate curls made from Callebaut white chocolate. The small curls are shaped like tiny petals and make for a refined chocolate decoration. Thanks to their thin texture, the curls look light and airy, whilst the soft white colour creates a beautiful contrast on cakes and desserts.
