How to use this mould: Simply spread a thin layer of tempered chocolate inside each cavity, invert the mould to drain away the excess, then refrigerate until set. Repeat this process until you reach your desired shell thickness. Once cooled, gently release the chocolate halves and, if desired, lightly warm the edges so they fuse together neatly.
