Processing: For best results, dry the sheets after printing in a dry, warm room, at below 50% relative humidity and above 20°C. After tempering, process the white chocolate at temperatures above 32°C in a room that is not too cold and on a surface that is not too cold.
If the ink does not come off, this indicates that the sheets have not dried properly and/or that the chocolate and/or ambient temperature is too cold. Store the sheets in a sealed package. The chocolate prints have a thin layer that peels off easily. This can be prevented by handling the sheets as little as possible.
