Cookai Springform Pan Ø15cm With the Cookai Springform Pan Ø15cm, you can bake compact cakes. Perfect for lemon cake, red velvet cake or cheesecake, for example. The pan is ideal if you want to make smaller portions.
This springform pan is made of 1 millimetre thick aluminised carbon steel, has a double non-stick coating and is corrosion resistant. This makes it easy to remove the baked goods and also easy to clean. The springform pan is oven and freezer safe up to 230°C and PFAS-free. To preserve the coating, hand washing is recommended, although it is dishwasher safe.
