The tin is made from high-quality aluminised carbon steel with a thickness of 1 millimetre and has a double non-stick coating. The heat-resistant construction up to 230°C makes it suitable for the oven and freezer, and it is completely PFAS-free. The removable base and sturdy closure ensure ease of use and a neat result. The springform pan is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for long-term use.
