Use it with isoboxes to maintain consistent heat or cold during delivery or display. For chilled items, simply refrigerate or freeze the cushion first. For hot baked goods, warm it in a bain-marie for 10 minutes at up to 80 °C or in the microwave for 5 minutes at 240 W. When you’re finished, simply rinse the cushion under warm running water for quick cleanup.
