Crushed Teff 500 g
These grains are gently steamed then crushed, resulting in a 100% teff product that’s ready to use in both sweet and savoury recipes. Sprinkle them over yoghurt, fold into quark or blend into smoothies for a nutritious boost. For savoury creations, they add a delightful texture to fried eggs, minced meatballs and other savoury snacks.

Teff has a mild, nutty flavour and its tiny grains are roughly the size of sand. Because of this small size, teff is always consumed as whole grain. Because the bran cannot be removed during processing, every grain retains its full complement of minerals, vitamins and fibre.
What’s more, it is also suitable for people who do not tolerate gluten well.
