Dawn Baking Powder Karam 5 kg
This versatile, all-round baking powder contains 100% baking-salt residue for complete neutralisation, ensuring your butter, biscuit and cake doughs rise evenly while staying pure in taste. For even greater volume, it blends well with Dawn Vulkaan baking powder.

Typical usage level (as a percentage of flour weight): biscuit dough 1–2%, speculaas dough 3–4%, filled cakes and rondo’s 2%, H.W. dough 1%, shortbread biscuits 1–2%, Indian cake: approx. 4%, cream puffs: 1–2%, sponge cake: 1–2%, sprits: 1%.
