    Dawn Creme au Beurre (Masking Cream) 10 kg
    This convenient 10-kilogram bag is perfect for both home bakers and professional pastry chefs, allowing you to create smooth, consistent buttercream on a large scale.

    You can prepare the mix in two convenient ratios:

    Ratio 1: 1.5 kg Crème au Beurre, 1.5 kg white caster sugar, 3.5 kg water, 3.5 kg butter.

    Ratio 2: 1.025 kg Crème au Beurre, 1.5 kg white caster sugar, 3.5 kg water, 3.5 kg butter.

    To prepare the buttercream, combine the Crème au Beurre mix with water and caster sugar until smooth. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add the rested mixture to the butter, beating until you reach your desired volume.
