    Dr. Oetker Cloud Vanilla Chocolate Cake Mix 455 g
    This convenient mix produces a soft, airy sponge with distinct vanilla and chocolate notes. Each box contains a cloud cake mix and a separate packet of icing sugar for dusting.

    Simply add 200 ml whipping cream and 3 eggs to create a tender cake with a delicate vanilla-chocolate swirl.
    Makes 12 slices.

    Preparation
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Place the cake mix, eggs and whipping cream in a mixing bowl and combine on the lowest speed until just incorporated. Beat on high for 3 minutes until the batter is light and airy. Spread the batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth the surface. Just before baking, sift about one-quarter of the included icing sugar over the batter.

    Bake for 50–55 minutes.
    Bake on the lowest oven rack for 50–55 minutes until the cake is golden brown and a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Remove the springform pan and allow the cake to cool completely on a wire rack. Just before serving, sift over the remaining icing sugar.
