    Dr. Oetker Natural Cheesecake (without base) Mix 195g
    This easy-to-make mix delivers a delicious, fresh, and light cheesecake every time. The cheesecake sets in the refrigerator, so a topping is optional. Since the mix does not include a base, you can create your own using muesli, Bastogne biscuits, Bokkenpootjes biscuits or slices of cake.

    Recipe: 125 g butter or margarine, 200 g wheat biscuits, 400 ml water, 500 g low-fat quark, 250 ml whipping cream, baking paper.
    Makes 12 slices.

    Preparation method:

    Prepare the tart base (5 minutes)
    Line the base of a springform tin with baking paper, assemble the ring, and secure the tin. Melt 125 g butter in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat, stir in the crushed biscuits, then press the mixture evenly into the base of the prepared tin. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to firm up.

    Prepare the cake (5 minutes)
    In a large bowl, combine the cake mix with 400 ml of room-temperature water (10–20 °C) and beat on the lowest speed for 1 minute until smooth. Add the cold quark and unwhipped cream, then beat on high for at least 2 minutes until the mixture is light and airy. For optimal results, use chilled quark and whipping cream. Pour the batter over the prepared base, then refrigerate the cake for at least 2½ hours to set.
