Dr. Oetker Taartina Clear (cake glaze) 60 g (5 x 12 g)
This clear glaze gives fruit a beautiful shine and sets to a firm, easy-to-cut consistency. Each 12 g sachet is ideal for 200–250 ml of water or fruit juice (use 200 ml for a slightly thicker jelly). After spreading the warm glaze over your cake, it will be ready to slice in about 15–20 minutes.
