Dried Chickpeas (Netherlands) 1 kg
Grown by Laan Landbouw, these pure, unprocessed beans are harvested directly from Dutch soil. Before baking, we recommend rinsing them thoroughly and soaking them in plenty of water for 6–8 hours. Once rehydrated, rinse them again, then simmer gently for 30–45 minutes, or until tender. One hundred grams of dry chickpeas will yield roughly 250 g of cooked beans.
High in protein and rich in fibre, they add nourishing depth to your recipes.
