Cut the desired shape with clean scissors, handling the leaf gently to minimize contact. Brush a thin layer of edible glue or confectioner’s glaze onto the surface, making it slightly larger than needed. Position the leaf carefully and press it in place. Once positioned, the sheet cannot be repositioned, so take care. Wait a minute, then gently peel away the backing paper with tweezers using a slow, upward motion. Allow about 24 hours for the transfer to fully dry and harden.
