    kg Fabbri Pastovopan 1.25 kg is a concentrated, pasteurised egg base consisting of 50% egg yolk and 46% sugar. It is an ideal ingredient for patisserie and ice cream preparations. Thanks to its high egg yolk concentration, Pastovopan offers excellent whipping properties and natural emulsifying qualities, resulting in a light and stable structure in the end product.

    Pastovopan is ideal for various applications, including the preparation of sponge cake batter, custards, creams, semifreddo, bavarois and other desserts where egg yolk is an important ingredient. It offers consistent quality and taste.
