    Frosty Sheets (30 sheets) excellent quality
    Since September 2022, Frosty Sheets are E171-free, which has slightly changed their structure. This has no effect on their quality or workability.
    A3 size, edible sheets, packed per 30 pieces in a resealable foil bag. 
    These sheets have a neutral flavour with a light vanilla aroma and have been specially developed for creating edible images in combination with a food printer. Due to the high starch content in this sheet, it quickly absorbs the applied colouring and the surface will dry quickly.

    What makes the specially developed frosty sheets so unique?
    The frosty sheets are designed exclusively for us. Prints on Pastry is our own brand, and we have also given the packaging of the frosty sheets a new design. This includes many tips and tricks.

    The advantages of Prints on Pastry frosty sheets:

    • Sharp and clear print;
    • Sheets pass through the printer effortlessly;
    • Coarser texture, which means that streaks on the print are virtually non-existent;
    • Neutral taste;
    • Frosty sheets are thinner than icing sheets and have a coarser texture, resulting in fewer streaks on your edible print;
    • Fast drying time. The print dries quickly and can therefore be processed quickly.


    Processing:
    Place the sheet in the printer. There are two options for this:
    1. Insert via the top feed of the printer (not all printers have this option).
    2. Place the frosty sheet with the side to be printed facing up and the plastic "run-up strip" facing down.
    - Feed via the bottom tray of the printer: Place the frosty sheet with the side to be printed facing down in the tray and with the plastic "run-up strip" facing away from you.

    Please note: After printing, allow the image to dry for 5 to 20 minutes to prevent smudging. The exact drying time depends on the temperature and humidity.

    Storage advice: Store in a
    cool, dry place.
