Hendi Food Dryer Kitchen Line This versatile dehydrator preserves the nutritional value, aroma and flavour of your ingredients. It is perfect for drying mushrooms, fruit, vegetables and herbs, and is equally at home in a professional kitchen or a home bakery. An internal fan ensures even heat distribution, so there’s no need to rotate the racks. Seven racks are included, each able to hold up to 500 g of ingredients, and they’re spaced 35 mm apart for consistent results. A transparent crumb tray catches any drips for easy cleanup.
