This sturdy clamp holds Spanish ham—whether Jamón Serrano or Iberico—firmly in place, letting you slice uniform, paper-thin portions with ease. The adjustable design lets you rotate the ham to access every last morsel, while the single-screw ring (80 mm) secures it safely during use.

Crafted from stainless steel with a satin finish, the stand secures the ham with a single screw in the 80 mm ring. The ring lets you rotate the ham so every slice can be reached, and the clamp tilts for added flexibility. Mounting holes are spaced about 480 mm apart, and the base measures 570 x 215 x 35 mm (L x W x H). The unit ships unassembled with an Allen key in the box.
