Hendi Hand Blender 500 with variable speed and 400 mm shaft This versatile, professional-grade hand blender offers smooth, convenient operation for preparing batters, purees, and whipped creams with ease. Its durable construction, precise variable-speed control and safety features make it a reliable, indispensable tool for any kitchen.
The body is moulded from durable black polyamide reinforced with fibreglass, while the shaft is crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The set also includes a small tool for easily dismantling the blade. The variable-speed dial lets you select the ideal mixing action—from a gentle 4,000 RPM to a powerful 16,000 RPM—so you can easily adjust for whipping cream, emulsifying sauces, or blending large batches of batter. Safety features include a lock-out button that prevents accidental start-ups and a lock-on button for hands-free operation when you need to mix continuously.
It can handle batches up to 80 L, and the AISI 304 stainless-steel shaft measures 400 mm. Additional shafts (222232, 222225, 222256, 222263) are available separately.
