Hendi Hot Air Oven with Moisture Injection H90S This professional yet user-friendlyovenfeatures a robust stainless-steel body and a double-glazed door for excellent heat retention. The interior is partially enamelled and includes convenient interior lighting. Two heating elements and two powerful fans deliver even heat distribution up to 300°C, ideal for baking, roasting and proofing. A simple push button lets you add moisture on demand, helping pastries and breads achieve perfect crusts.
