Crafted from durable ABS plastic, it rests on a weighted base with rubber feet for added stability. Select from two speeds—15,000 or 19,000 RPM—to match your recipe. The top-mounted two-speed switch is within easy reach, and a safety micro switch ensures the motor only runs when the cup is properly seated. Select either of the two included stirrers to fine-tune the amount of air incorporated into your mixture. The set includes a stainless-steel mixing cup (0.5 L usable capacity) and two Tritan stirring sticks.
