Hendi Thermometer with Pen Probe Its temperature range spans -50 °C to 300 °C (-58 °F to 572 °F), covering everything from frozen dough to high-temperature caramel work. Temperatures can be read in either °F or °C, with 0.1° resolution from -19.9° to +199.9° and 1° resolution outside this range. Accuracy is ±1 °C from -30 °C to +250 °C, and ±2 °C outside this range. Lock mode lets you track temperatures continuously, while the Min/Max function records the highest and lowest readings for reference. The 164 mm (±3 mm) removable stainless-steel probe is easy to clean, and automatic shut-off conserves battery life.
