Irca Macaron mix (Delimacaron) 1kg
Basic mix for Macaron shells/decaps to add your own filling, from the Italian brand Irca.

Recipe:
mix 1kg of Delimacaron mix with 200g of water about 5 minutes on high speed. Portion the mixture into the desired size (10g on average) and leave to dry for 10-15 minutes up to an hour. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 150°C.

Suggestion: use water-based dyes. The shells/covers can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen in a sealed container for a longer period.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (21%), starch, dehydrated Egg White, emulsifiers: E475-E471-E433, thickener: xanthan gum (E415) flavour. May contain GLUTEN, Soybeans, MILK, SULFETTE AND OTHER NOTES.
