    Karen Davies Flower Assortment Mould
    This flexible mould makes it easy to create beautiful sugar flowers for cakes, cupcakes and other treats. It includes a large daisy (also ideal as a sunflower), small daisy, ranunculus, blossom, apple blossom, violet, leaves, rose and two sizes of rosebud. Mix and match the shapes to build your own floral arrangements.

    To use, simply wash and dry the mould, then knead your marzipan or fondant until soft and pliable. If needed, mix in a little tylo powder to firm up the fondant. Shape a small ball, press it firmly into the mould from the inside out, and gently release the detailed piece. For easier release, dust the mould lightly with cornflour before pressing in the mixture.

    The mould is dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.
