    Katy Sue Balloon Mould
    Balloons are a birthday-party essential, and this Katy Sue mould lets you create three different sizes to top cakes or cupcakes.

    The mould is simple to use and works with fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, sweets or boiled sugar.
    For best results, use the mould exclusively with food products.

    To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, remove any excess so the edges are clear, then invert the mould and gently release the shape. If needed, dust the mould with cornflour first for easier removal.

    Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.
