Almost indistinguishable from the real thing, this Katy Sue mould creates beautifully detailed fern leaves. Use it with marzipan, fondant, modelling paste, sugar paste, flower paste, chocolate or sweets to add a realistic touch to your creations. The fern leaves look stunning when paired with other flower cutters to create beautiful autumn or spring cakes. Because the mould is finely detailed, you’ll achieve consistent results every time. While the mould is perfect for food creations, it can also be used for non-food crafts; however, once it has been used for non-food items, it should not be returned to food use.

Instructions for use
Before use, wash the mould thoroughly and dry it completely to remove any residue. If any residue remains, dust the mould with a little cornflour to prevent sticking. Press your chosen medium into the mould, removing any excess so the edges are visible. Carefully turn the mould over and release the shape.
