    Katy Sue Ice Picks Mould
    This versatile Katy Sue mould makes delicate icicles, borders and winter effects for Christmas cakes, and it’s also perfect for creating trendy drip cakes.

    Simply press your chosen medium—fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy melts or boiled sugar—into the cavities, then gently release the detailed shapes.
    For best results, use the mould with food products only.

    To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, trim away any excess so the edges are clear, then gently turn it over and release the shape. If needed, dust the mould with cornflour for easier removal.

    Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.
