    Katy Sue Knitted Pattern
    The finely detailed design lets you add a realistic knitted effect to cakes, cupcakes and other sweet treats.

    Simply press your chosen medium—fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy melts or boiled sugar—into the mould, then gently release the detailed piece.
    For best results, use the mould with food products only.

    To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, remove any excess so the edges are clear, then invert the mould and gently release the shape. If needed, dust the mould with cornflour for easier demoulding.

    Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.

    Katy Sue moulds are crafted from food-safe silicone in the brand’s own UK factory. The original designs have earned multiple awards in the US and UK and are copyrighted by Katy Sue Designs Ltd©.
