What to use it with
The mould works well with fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy melts and cooked sugar. It is also suitable for craft projects, though we recommend designating one mould for food use and another for crafts.
How to use
Wash and dry the mould before use. Press your chosen medium into the mould, smoothing off any excess so the edges are visible. Invert the mould and gently release the shape. If sticking occurs, dust the mould with cornflour.
