Katy Sue Shell Mould
Create beautiful shells in two sizes with this finely detailed mould from Katy Sue. With this mould, you can make 10 different shells, each time with perfect results. Use the shells to decorate sea and beach-themed cakes, cupcakes and more.
The mould is simple to use and works well with fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, sweets or boiled sugar.
For best results, use the mould with food products only.
To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, remove any excess so the edges are clear, then turn the mould over and gently release the shape. If needed, dust the mould with cornflour for easier removal.
Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.
