    Katy Sue Mould Alphabet & Numbers
    This versatile Katy Sue mould lets you create capital letters and numbers in fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy or cooked sugar.

    Simply press your chosen medium—fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy melts or boiled sugar—into the cavities, then gently release each piece.
    For best results, use the mould with food products only.

    To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, remove any excess so the edges are clear, then invert the mould and gently release the shape. If needed, dust the mould with cornflour for easier removal.

    Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.

    Katy Sue moulds are crafted from food-safe silicone in the brand’s own UK factory. The proprietary designs have earned multiple awards in the US and UK and are copyrighted by Katy Sue Designs Ltd©.

    Each letter measures approximately 1.1 × 1.1 cm.
